Safety

Our events are safe – our staff hold BBC Event and Production Safety certificates, Production Safety Passports and are full PSA members. Our events are always fully insured with specialist insurance providers, to guarantee cover when it’s needed most.

Technical Support

We can design, provide and manage all technical aspects for your production, festival or event. Together with our team of fully trained technicians we can provide any combination of PA, lighting, video and special effects. Using db Technologies PA along with Digico, Midas and Behringer digital desks, we can instal and manage a complete digital PA network at your event. This gives endless possibilities when it comes to FOH delivery and personal monitoring, guaranteeing the best solution for your audience and artists. Our technicians have worked across some of the countries biggest shows, and at the greatest recording studio – having fitted Abbey Road 1. Our acoustic experts can also ensure that all licence audio level limits are adhered too, whilst delivering the best sound to your audience.

What makes us different?

We don’t just turn up on the day with our gear, we work with you in the run-up to your event, festival or production, ensuring a seamless delivery. We can work with your artists to ensure they have everything they need to deliver the very best performance, ensuring that stage load-in and load-outs are managed and well-oiled.

Media Production

From live events to thought provoking films, RSMTV can assist with any aspect of media production.
Case Study: Burghfield Box Kart Bash In 2017, Burghfield, a small village outside of Reading, hosted it’s first ever Box Kart Bash. With the main public road shut over 6,000 locals lined the streets to watch the wackiest of karts speed down Hermits Hill. Thousands more watched via Facebook live, thanks to our Fibre and RF networks, installed across the 1.5km course. Track side we laid 2km of 4 channel single mode fibre to carry AV feeds from locked off, operated cameras and presenters at the top, middle and bottom of the course. Partnering with event PA organisers we embedded event only audio into spare channels to feed course side PA too, through the capacity of embedding 12 audio channels into each separate SDI feed. Directed from an 8 channel OB van, the feed was compressed and converted ready for live streaming to Facebook, with a high speed WiFi link provided by a temporary antenna link to a nearby office. Cue action replays, graphics and lots of crashes! At RSMTV we can install fibre lines with up to 12 channels, creating a scaled and robust video network. With cameras, OB vans and personnel we can handle the complete broadcast and AV needs for your event. Contact us to today to see how we can help you.
